This dissertation aims to analyze the need for establishing Purush Aayog in India and its potential benefits for men's health, education, employment opportunities, and overall well-being. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a literature review and expert interviews to provide insight into the current state of men's issues in India and the potential role of Purush Aayog in addressing them. The findings suggest that the establishment of Purush Aayog is necessary for addressing men's issues and promoting gender equality in India. The institution's initiatives towards improving men's health, education, and employment opportunities, and challenging gender stereotypes and discrimination against men can contribute to creating a more gender-equal society. However, the establishment of Purush Aayog will face challenges, including resistance from patriarchal forces, a lack of political will, and addressing gender stereotypes and discrimination.
